Community Development Real Estate, LLC (“CDRE”), together with its affiliate CCA Acquisition Company, LLC (“CCA”), operates as a fully integrated investment, development, and asset management firm focused on retail and on multi-family development adjacent to retail. Since inception in 1998, the firm has acquired, developed, or re-developed approximately 7 million square feet of retail, multifamily, and self-storage across more than 73 properties.
We manage capital on behalf of our Principals and Limited Partners, approximately $700 million of assets under management, from our Los Angeles headquarters, through a vertically integrated platform spanning investment analysis, acquisitions, financing, leasing, site planning and entitlements, construction, and asset management.
