Usdan’s business is the creation of Net Operating Income by actively managing assets to maximize cash flow and value. Many of Usdan’s acquisitions have been off-market purchases arising from long term relationships.  Usdan understands the constantly evolving dynamics of the retail shopping center industry and any target acquisition must demonstrate adaptability to evolving consumer habits and retailer formats. CCA’s strength lies in knowledge, relationships, agility and vertical integration with in-house investment analysis, acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, site planning and entitlements, construction, and property management.
