About Us

CCA Acquisition Company, LLC (“CCA”) and its affiliate, Community Development Real Estate, LLC (“CDRE” and collectively with “CCA,” “Usdan”), is a fully integrated investment, development, and management firm focused on retail and mixed-use real estate. Since its inception in 1998, Usdan has successfully acquired, re-developed or developed approximately 7 million square feet of retail, multifamily and self-storage consisting of over seventy-three properties. Usdan manages capital on behalf of its Principals and Limited Partners and currently has approximately $650 Million of Assets Under Management.

Usdan is a disciplined, hands-on, value investor focused on the acquisition of undervalued, well located, real estate with sustainable cash flow and the near to medium term opportunity to unlock value. 

In addition, Usdan has a track record of successful, triple net shopping center and single tenant build to suit development.

 

Retail real estate has not only performed well over the past 25 years from the standpoint of NOI growth and value appreciation but commercial real estate also constitute superior covered land plays for multi-family development in high demand areas with barriers to entry.

 

Recently, Usdan rezoned approximately 3 acres of Class C commercial office in Midvale, Utah for 227 units of multi family residential, which Usdan developed with his partners and then sold for a 3 times Multiple on Invested Cash. 

 

Currently, Usdan is getting ready to commence construction on approximately 400 multi-family units in some of Utah’s most in demand sub-markets, which units have already been zoned and entitled. 

 

The team is also working on zoning and entitlements for approximately 600 additional multi-family units in high demand Utah submarkets.
